(refined-sugar free, dairy-free)

Ingredients
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tbsp nut butter of choice (I used creamy almond butter)
⅓ cup raspberries
1 tsp chia seeds
½ avocado
1 whole egg
Drizzle of honey
Sprinkle of everything but the bagel seasoning
Directions (serves 1)
Toast 2 pieces of bread
To assemble the sweet slice, generously smear your nut butter of choice and layer with the fresh raspberries. Sprinkle with chia seeds and finish off with a light drizzle of honey
For the savory slice, fry an egg in a pan and gently slice ½ avocado into strips. Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning
