Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

(gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan)




3 ripe bananas 2 cups rolled oats

2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2. Throw bananas, oats, eggs and baking soda into a blender

3. Pour batter into a bowl and fold in about half of the chocolate chips

4. Pour batter into a grease loaf tin and place remaining chocolate chips on top

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes

6. Let cool for 15-20 min and enjoy!
