Mocha Tahini Almond Brownies

(gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free)

 


 

Ingredients

1 egg

1/2 cup tahini

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/3 cup almonds, halved


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl

  3. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan

  4. Bake for 15-17 mins

  5. Let brownies cool for 15 mins and enjoy!
