Avocado, Egg & Cheese (AEC) Breakfast Sandwich

(refined sugar-free)

 
 

Ingredients

2 slices of whole wheat bread

1/2 avocado

1 or 2 eggs

2 slices of cheddar cheese

Salt & pepper to taste

Dash of Everything But the Bagel seasoning


Directions (serves 1)

  1. In a sprayed pan, prepare your eggs. I suggest preparing them slightly over-easy

  2. While the eggs cook, toast 2 slices of bread until you’ve achieved your desired crispness

  3. Mash 1/2 the avocado on one slice and place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on the other slice of toast

  4. Once the eggs have finished cooking, remove them from the heat and place them on top of the mashed avocado. Sprinkle some EBTB seasoning over top

  5. Sandwich the toast together
