(dairy-free, refined sugar-free)

Ingredients
2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 whole egg & 1 egg white
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp almond butter
Handful of raspberries
Topped with almond butter drizzle
Directions (serves 1)
In a bowl, combine 1 egg, 1 egg white, cinnamon, vanilla & a splash of almond milk
Get 2 pieces of bread and sprinkle cinnamon on both sides (pro tip!)
Smear almond butter on one piece and smash the raspberries on the other piece. 4.Sandwich together as if making a PBJ
Place the sandwich in the egg mixture and let this soak on each side for about 1 minute until the sandwich is coated
Fry in a pan for a few minutes on each side until the sandwich has a golden brown crust
Add your toppings and voila!
